Greetings everyone. Curious to know If someone might be able to positivly idenitfy this Sedum as I'm pretty new to the world of succulents & have spent the last three hours on the net trying to find a visual match for this guy.

Picked it up at a local market earlier today & the only thing the seller told me about it was it was a Sedum creeper. So I've been trying to identify it ever since I arrived home. I'll also point out that untill today I hadn't even heard of the term Sedum. So again, I'm pretty new to the world of succulents. : D

I am at least fairly certain that it's not a Blue Spruce Reflexum & that It could possably be an Angelina Rupestre or perhaps a Sandy Silver Crest?

Also, If anyone could also clear this up for me, it would also be a Reflexed Stonecrop & not a Rock Stonecrop would I be correct in saying that?

I am so sorry that I just now found your post.

To me it really looks like one of the Petrosedum types. I have one that looks very much like your, it's named Petrosedum 'Turquoise Tails'. Very hard and has a much sturdier appearance than does 'Angelina' or 'Blue Spruce'.

S. reflexum is now changed to S. rupestre subsp. rupestre. Lots of genus and species name changes in the last few years.
We have an amazing group of people here at NGA that work very hard to keep up on these changes. Makes it the go to place for researching many plants. And gets better every day.
Mine is grown outdoors in a raised bed in full sun. Full sun makes the stems color up and keeps the plant more compact. I think most of the Petrosedums react well to full sun. I look forward to seeing more photos of your lovely plant as the seasons progress.
