The flowering plant which is repeated three times in this photo is a runyonii cultivar called "Topsy Turvy".

Echeveria (Echeveria runyonii 'Topsy Turvy')

I also see the white sign, but it must apply to a plant out of the frame or no longer present. Conceivably it could be the sideways growing stem coming forward from just next to the sign.

Please let me know what you think and I would be happy to move the image. Thank You!
