Sometime it is your internet provider. When it happens to me I try other sites and then I find out it is the internet connection. It especially happens when I m using my phone.
When we changed providers and got more bandwidth, upload speed increased tremendously becoming almost instantaneous. But all of the sudden my "upload a photo" button on my phone stopped working at all. I usually don't have any problems uploading from my phone. The button turns yellow but just sits there. I click it again, it turns back to green but won't let me click on it to retry. I am ready to blame my phone. I am not too happy with the latest update.

Which phone operating system (i.e. Apple iOS, Android, Windows, or a manufacturer-specific one) and browser (i.e. Safari, Firefox, Chrome) do you use, Cheryl?

@ShadyGreenThumb - thanks Cheryl. The S7 Edge should be fine from a performance perspective, so I'm wondering if the latest Firefox has a bug in it. Can you try uploading a photo using Chrome or the inbuilt Android Browser? This will help narrow it down.

At a guess, @ShadyGreenThumb, the latest Firefox update might have a bug in it, or you have an addon that is causing a problem. You could try clearing the cache on Firefox to see if that makes a difference. Hopefully, if it is a bug in Firefox, it will be fixed in the next update (a major version of Firefox is released every 2-3 months).
