My suggestion. make your cake cut your shape icing it with green food coloring. Hit the dollar store and buy some dinos to decorate around the cake and table. If you want to go further pick up green marker and white table cloth while you are there and draw some dinos on the table.

Danita said:I've not baked one of these but, perhaps, you could use bamboo skewers (only high quality & splinter free) or metal skewers to keep the dinos together and upright. One end of the skewer would have to protrude from the cake on one side so that, after being baked and cooled, you could carefully remove the skewers from the cake.
