I bottle it after the first ferment and leave a couple inches at the top. I add a tablespoon of sugar and fill it the rest of the way up (leave a little room) with the fruit. Grape and apple are delicious, as are strawberry and blueberry. Make sure your fruit is cut up nicely. I cut grapes in half. I smash blueberries. I dice up strawberries and apples. Enjoy it! So good!
