Growing Adenium Plants

Although the Adenium ("Desert Rose") has all the looks of a succulent, with a water-reservoir trunk and root form, it is not grown the same way as a typical succulent.

I was just curious how long does it take for a graft to take when grafting the desert rose can two plants be grafted to a third plant at the same time

I have only grown these plants for a couple of years and have never grafted any. I am sure someone can tell you about this procedure.
