I have a healthy-looking yellow-flowering Jacob's Ladder in my west-facing garden. The first year I planted it, it bloomed beautifully most of the summer. Last year...not a single flower. I'm not seeing any signs of buds forming. I may be worrying too soon, but if there's something I should be doing to encourage bloom, I would appreciate your guidance before it's too late.
