Is there any place in the US other than California that stays between 40 and 80 all year long and is relatively dry?

I would like to live in a place that is neither too hot nor too cold. Florida/Georgia/Alabama are way too hot for me, and to be honest, zone 6a in Pennsylvania is bordering on too cold.

And yes, before anybody else says it, I'll point out the obvious--I'm whiny little baby.

Hawaii in some spots. Other islands down south.

My ideal would be enough rain so I didn't have to drag 5 hoses around to water and the temps where no heat or AC was needed. Open windows and doors with the breezes blowing for me Plus when I can leave the sliding glass door that leads to the patio and dog run open, I don't have to play door lady for the dogs

It's nice to dream of a wonderful weather, not too hot or not too cold all year long...alas...there is always a caveat.

From what I gather some parts of South Africa have perfect weather. That is why things like freesias can grow wild there.

But it is in the middle of nowhere.
