Thats a classic symptom of lack of light. These are not indoor plants and need real sunlight, and a like a cold period in winter. Dont just stick it in full sun, see if u can get it outside in bright shade and gradually acclimate it to full sun over the course of a week or so. Also if possible make sure drainage is good for an outdoor container, and use some small gravel mixed into the soil if re-potting for outdoors.

Hello peekaboxp, your plant is an alpine succulent, so it prefers cooler growing conditions and bright light. To me it looks like it is semi-dormant, don't know where you are located, so depending on the temperature it is growing in, it will do that leaf drop, making tighter rosettes, as it waits for its growing conditions to improve. It is not dying yet, it is just trying to adjust to your growing area. So be very mindful of your watering too.

If you can, try to position outdoors but in shade for now. Hope your container has drainage holes.

Your plant will be truly dying too if it starts to make a bloomstalk. After it blooms the mother rosette naturally dies.

Hi @peekabooxp. And Welcome! to NGA. So glad you found your way here.
Both BT and tarev gave great advice.
Can you tell us a little about the conditions you semp is growing under now?
Container? In ground?
Indoors or outdoors?
How long has it been since you transplanted them?
If outdoors what are your growing conditions like weather wise?

Hi peekabooxp Welcome! Hope you have an area outside for it! You may be happily surprised at how it comes back from looking so sad once it is outdoors
Good luck
Thumbs up
