Had a chance to finally visit this garden. Drive by this for the last 30 years going on vacation in Lake Chelan. Was most enjoyable but if you visit it's stairs and more stairs.
View going down the road along the Columbia River. Was just a rock hill when they started. Since has been sold to the state and the proprietors have passed on.
This is eastern Washington just outside of Wenatchee.
What a lovely place, with spectacular views! My knees would never permit me to climb all those steps, so I really appreciate being able to see the place through photos. Thank you, Julia.
That is just beautiful! DH grew up there (Seattle). Says he went there when he was a kid. He is disabled now but that hike would be a nice goal for him to tackle!
