Carrots and Evergreens and Winter Celebrations

Yup.

You know those little tiny cans of solid tuna? Starkist or somebody makes them. Anyway, my absolute favorite snack is one of those tiny tunas, black and green or both olives, stuffed or not, served on any kind of greens with a sprinkle of olive oil all over. Lots of black pepper too. Grated, not ground. Sometimes if I'm lacking protein and I know it then I'll chop up a boiled egg. Sometimes I substitute the tuna for cheeses.
And baby grape tomatoes.
But always olives.
