I have read so much about all the health benefits of chia seeds. So I bought some and put it in our smoothies or yogurts. It is suppose to be good for fiber intake, bones, blood pressure and a better source of antioxidants than blueberries. Anyway, just want to ask if anyone else here consumes them for their health?

I do. I like to put them in water. They are hydrophilic, so they latch onto water and are likely little bubbles. Very good to keep everything movin' on through.
