Corn Plant (Dracaena fragrans 'Surprise')

Is this different from 'Lemon Surprise?' CF sells plants they call 'Lemon Lime' and 'Lemon Surprise,' and describes 'Lemon Surprise':
Lemon Surprise has dark green, chartreuse, and white leaves, but unlike Lemon Lime, the leaves have a slight twist or curl, giving this houseplant a little extra interest."

When I tried to find patents for these names a few years ago, I hit a dead-end, so CF, who is one of the primary entities attaching these alleged cultivar names seems like a valid resource for the purpose of this discussion.

I updated the entry for Corn Plant (Dracaena fragrans 'Lemon Surprise') with patent number. The patent notes it as a sport of 'Surprise' with similar leaf variegation and less compact habit.
