I don't usually post a comment about a landscape photo; however this place is dear to my heart for several reasons. First, it is near my home within a couple miles And it gives me an"escape" from pressures and stress of everyday life when things get overwhelming and bothersome. It is a place where I can park my vehicle and walk the roadsides simply taking in the scenery of plants, trees, flowers and birds. Occasionally there will be a deer, wild turkeys and butterflies. I have seen a red fox in the area as well. This particular photo was taken on October 13, 2014 when autumn colors were beginning.

I am partial to this area because it is a remote location with hardly any human interference. It is completely surrounded by farm fields and trees. There are no building sites nearby. These are all advantages for wildlife as well as trees, plants and birds. Wild flowers cover the roadsides in spring to include chicory, Queen Anne's Lace, milkweed, wild asters and many more. So I have given my comments, and I hope readers (and viewers) can appreciate and understand my thoughts.
