I have small Angel's Trumpet in the ground that I would like to move about 4 ft over to gain more sun than it's getting where it is. It is about 3 ft tall doing well but growing too slowly in minimal morning sun. When is a good time to transplant? I may or may not go dormant depending on our winter. TIA! I tip my hat to you.
