The tree is a Redbud (Cercis)

The moss hanging from it is Spanish Moss (Tillandsia usneoides)

Directly beneath the tree on the left & right are Species Iris (Iris domestica)
Species Iris (Iris domestica)

A little farther to the right but still partially beneath the tree is Lantana (Lantana camara)
Common Lantana (Lantana camara)
