Following along to see how many years it takes from seed to bloom. They still are not large enough, I think, to bloom in their 5th year. I'll do another follow up when they bloom. Each year I put out a few more seeds but none this year.

I've always been fascinated by the naked ladies, but haven't tried any. I had no idea they'd take so long to bloom.

It seems lots of the plants with bulbs take a long time from seed to bloom but it is so worth it. The Naked Lady's usually get shared as large bulbs but even they don't like being transplanted and sometimes won't bloom for a year or two. Shrug!
