Hi I was just wondering if anyone knows the best place to find gardening tools and accessories for cheap. I follow a twitter account that posts about discounted tools on amazon @Gardeningfinds. I was wondering if there were any sites that post when items are discounted. Thanks!

I usually take a gander at the at the garden section in local department stores around the end of summer. Got a nice watering wand last year. It's hit and miss, but I prefer actual stores vs online.

Habitat for Humanity sells tools for $5.00. Goodwill, garage and estate sales are great places. Now you can google garage sales happening in your area.

You can sometimes find good deals on tools at pawn shops.

I work with low income people. I learn stuff like this from them. Previous to November, I had never been in a pawn shop before.
