That soup, in February, who can beat it? So the letter I, is for Iris, Ixia, Ippomopsis, itcetera, itcetera. Its often a bit sparse in the soup, but I suspect not THIS soup. Here are my first offerings for I.

Also called Touch Me Not ... if mature, seed pod can explode at a touch.
