Unfortunately I have some doubts about the identity of the orchid pictured. I can confirm that this is what is labelled at the Botanical Garden Meise (having checked their website), so I am suspicious they may have a mislabelled plant. I am unaware of any Cym. Ceres that is green whilst maintaining a red lip, although it might be possible if the parents were the white (non-alba) Cym. insigne and a regular Cym. iansonii. The lip markings also lack the expected pattern from the two parents of Ceres.
