... (typo) that should read "the leaves of this plant show no variegation at any time of the year". Leaves are always solid silvery blue-green with some very light pink edges in cool weather. I do not think it is S. sieboldii 'Variegated'.

Tee is yours the variegated form?
I know the amount of sun they receive determines the amount of variegation. : )

It was purchased as October Daphne (Sedum sieboldii) and I have grown this particular plant for three years. It has no variegation. It grows in about 3/4 sun including some mid-day summer sun. It's just plain old S. sieboldii.

I moved it to Sedum sieboldii. Depending on growing conditions, seiboldii will be edged in pink or red and turn color in cold weather.
I moved mine last year and it stayed totally green. Moving it back to sun for this growing season. : )

How fun it is to see yours coming out of dormancy. I'll have to go check on mine. I've been taking photos most of today. I love seeing all the different plants showing signs of life. Lovey dubby

It's one of my faves. I have grown two pots of it here the past few years. I think it's beautiful. I grew it in CA for many years.

I think I have that particular sedum sorted now. There were several places under slightly different names, only one of which was correct.
It gets confusing when all those new entries are computer generated. I woke up one morning and was amaze that many more pages of sedum names had been entered into the database. Many of them are duplicates. Still wading through to weed out the incorrect names. Sticking tongue out

I agree, synonym names should be removed as separate entries, IMHO. Things will get all straightened out. You're doing great! Thumbs up

Just wish I was faster at doing it. Rolling my eyes.
With time this will be the most amazing database.
