first I need to ask does Jacobs cline stand upright or does it have to be tied and staked?

Second have you seen the dwarf pink bee balms they say they grow to 20 inches tall but down south
they would grow to 3o inches most plants do.. There is a fireball one and a pink one? I need a vivid pink or bright red and no taller than 30 inches. front and middle of flower garden..
