Fairy umbrellas

As the rainy season arrives, we enjoy the ephemeral appearance of mushrooms on the green grass, (in this case; Axonopus compressus)
it brings back childhood memories, gardening with parents, telling us that they are umbrella for small animals (and garden fairies).
