I understood that this plant has the little showy filaments on it like the pic in the number one spot. The others are all plants without the filaments. Do some of these need to be moved?

Maybe those without the rasta-like filaments need to be moved over to Twin-Flowered Agave (Agave geminiflora)

Yes, the named cultivar has white marginal hairs, but the species may not.
