Lynn, are these in the house proper, or in the conservatory?
I wouldn't try in my house since I don't have much in the way of southern exposed window space.
I do however keep various Agaves in my little greenhouse. Those are not particularly tender but do need protection from sub 20F weather and prolonged moisture.
The tenderest succulent I have is my Easter Lily Cactus (Echinopsis oxygona) which is front-left on the plywood. The little guy to his right is
extremely cold hardy but must be kept dry, dry, dry. They're out this morning for some winter sunshine, which is exactly where I am now headed.
