Yes, they are the same plant. Pink Marble is the trade name. I've deleted one entry and edited the other. I can't list Photinia x fraseri as the species, however, because it's not an accepted name. It's unfortunate that we have an entry for that invalid name.

It was added at the very start of our database's history, when the names weren't being checked for taxonomic validity, and the entry includes many photos and owner data, so I can't simply delete it. I'm going to edit it to show 'Fraseri' as the cultivar name and Photinia x fraseri as an also-sold-as name.
