Named mixes limited to a specific variety of named cultivars have always been included, but mixes with only a descriptive name and an unspecified variety have not. It's difficult to draw the line sometimes, but I think this particular mix falls into the latter category. The Zahara mix would consist of seeds or plants of Zahara cultivars, for example, but "Early Wonder" is not the trademarked name of a series, so the name is only descriptive and the mix could contain seeds of virtually any early-blooming zinnia.
