Wildlife can be a real nuisance. I used to think the deer and antelope were so beautiful.
They can clean out a garden is minutes. Nothing worse that having stands of lilies, sunflowers sticking up with all the buds nipped off.
Since using Plantskyyd I have seen flowers in the front green that I haven't seen in years. Also have chased them out on the ATV shooting the pellet gun with no pellets the noise scare's them a double threat . Also use a motion detector water sprinklers that catches the early bird munchers that sneak in at dawn.
The horses chase them out of the pastures . And they are afraid of the horses and dogs.

Never had a bear around here knock on wood . Lots of coyotes and raccoons.
I’m so busy... “I don’t know if I found a rope or lost a horse.”

Bea, sounds like gardening is a real challenge in your area.

Oh yeah.. you got that right… don't even want to get started on the moles, gophers, squirrels and chipmunks. We have hazelnut trees. Limbs are always a shakin and it's not from the wind.
We have had a few bob cats here during the day when food gets scarce. And thank goodness for the family of hawks that help hunt the bunny's, voles and mice and who knows what else. The hawks follow me around the pastures while mowing the grass hay to snag what they can. Kind of a buddy system . Rolling on the floor laughing
Either way it has been a learning experience keeping up with them all.
