Thread OP

I was looking online for some interesting black flowers to grow. Add a little diversity to the garden. When I came across this Lisianthus nigrescens flower that is native to mexico. Apparently it is a TRUE black flower. Cool!

But I am unable to purchase seeds as they will not ship to the US. Does anyone on here know where I may be able to obtain seeds, cuttings, seedlings. I am in Anaheim, Ca.

Thank you for any help that you may offer. I find it very interesting that there is little to no information on growing this plant in the home garden.

P.S.- I have attached a couple images of said flower. The images are wild collected samples of the plant that I am looking for. Maybe its as simple as me looking for the wrong thing. Thanks again for any help.
