This and your other recent picture look like they are are not Agave americana, which has pretty vicious spines.



I am thinking maybe this could be a Furcraea, maybe F. foetida, which would be mostly spineless along leaf margins.



I'm not 100% sure here, but that's as far as I got with an ID. Maybe @mcvansoest would know more.

Yeah certainly not A. americana mediopicta. I think the Furcraea ID looks pretty good. Only Agave that I have seen that looks a bit like that is Agave sisalana mediopicta, but its leaves tend to be way straighter and not floppy.
