1. It may require some support as it matures.
2. This plant is the only one in its genus with a blue flower, and most other members of the genus have flowers of a different shape and those flowers all have petals.
3. Cuttings root easily in water.
4. It grows best in light shade.
5. Here is an anagram for the genus name: time span

You're on the right track with a plant name, but nope.

Well I tried penstemon and that didn't work so I give up.

I'll just go back to honeywort which I love dearly.

Take another look at my comment about patience. You'll find a word there that is very close to the genus name of the flower.

Some kind of anemone?
No way.

Trifolium?

Already gave up hours ago, Larry.
I think the whole plant is a figment of your imagination.

Congratulations!!! Your patience paid off. Hilarious!

As the winner, you get to select a flower photo from your garden for next month's article. And I get to interview you. Should be fun!

Thanks Larry.
I'll try to live up to your expectations and behave during the interview. Big Grin

Otherwise you'd no doubt write it without me.
