I have a chain link fence that's about 4 feet tall but I might end up raising it to six feet for the vines. I'm looking for a vine that will have thick coverage of the fence and privacy from my neighbors.

There are pool pavers that go all the way up to the fence I plan to cover. I'd prefer a vine that won't constantly be dropping huge flowers or fruit into the pool but I don't mind nice looking flowers. Are there any low maintenance vines you guys would recommend for thick coverage?

A Jasmine might work, but whose fence is it? Your neighbor, perhaps, should be consulted.
