I don't know much about orchids, but Chlorophytum comosum (I believe comosim is a mispelling) is the scientific name for 'Spider Plant.' Maybe it was a previous tag for a spider plant and they forgot to scratch it off?

I think you've solved it! There is indeed a sprig of spider plant decorating the teacup "arrangement."

I don't know much about orchids either, but I sure love trying to photograph them.
