I poked around a bit and couldn't easily find a way to do so, although I could be staring right at it and not see it (definite possibility). Anyway, I have a lot of valuable, to me, information on my personal plant list and would like to either print out a hard copy or even just create a backup PDF file or something. Thanks.

At the very top of your main list or any selected list, in the "Add a Plant to your List" box is a printer icon.

Sue, I just tried that. It said I only had 4 pages for my Want List, but when I did the printer preview it was 20 pages.Is there any way to condense it down? I was hoping for a one page list of wants.

Karen, do you see the 4 pages when you look at your list before you hit the print? I have my setting set to show 500 items per page so with over 1100 plants, I have 3 pages. I have 84 items in my separate Wish list and to print it would be 8 pages.

The only way to limit that I can think of is to make separate wish list perhaps based on plant types. Your wish list is over 300.

Yes, it was what I saw before I hit the print. I've decided to just look at the list and write down the plants I want to find next. It'll be much easier than printing off pages and pages.

I mistakenly printed ALL of my list, which was almost 150 paper pages including my current plants, dead plants, and wish list. It will be good for me to clean up though, I am more of a visual person.
