I'm soliciting opinions about the effectiveness of this stuff. If I spray it on my daylilies, will it harm them in any way?

Nope, they'll be fine. I use it to keep squirrels from eating seed pods & buds on various plants. No plant has ever been harmed. Just don't spray & breathe it in or you may be!
