These plants are growing in a narrow strip between a concrete walkway and the house.

The Euphorbia stumps at the right are what's left of a tree that used to be in that spot and fell over in the wind. It repeatedly tried to sprout new heads at the base afterwards, and they were all chopped down.

The leafy Euphorbias are volunteer seedlings from another mature plant nearby. The seedlings of this plant are a different color (more like colors) compared to plants started from cuttings, and the leaves are much more prominent.

The Fockea grows long vines that need something to climb on, which I why I placed it at the base of a tall trunk, which they will all find and follow.
