We have a listing for the species (notice spelling) Orchid (Liparis nugentiae) but no listing for a cultivar named 'Australia' and doing a google search, I could not find one with that name either. Maybe the "Australia" is due to the fact that it's found in Queensland, Australia?

No apology necessary, Carol. My comment was simply for future reference. I wouldn't take it as a hard and fast rule, since signage isn't always reliable, but it's a good starting point.
