Thank's for the comments all. Nice photos Michele. I would not registered HB42 because its a 6"+ bloom on such a short scape. I would have composted it but kept hoping the scape would get taller, in the mean time I saw seedlings from it with tall scapes so I have used it since for a bridge plant. Raining here this morning so there may not be any photos tomorrow. Blooming yesterday

Thanks for the comments, I have two sibs to the patterned eye one that should be blooming soon, the problem with these is there size, there on the low end of whats considered a large daylily. This first seedling is from FACE PAINT X (LILLIAN'S LYING EYES X BUTTERFLY COVE) 5" 18 month old. I got a larger flower but lost some ofthe eye pattern. These seedlings had been rained on for several hours yesterday.

I love all of those, and especially the first one -- the colors are wonderful, and I think the eye on that one is especially beautiful -- love the way the colors blend.

What beautiful colors. WOW!! I love these two and I really don't care for double but that one is such a great color. It goes without saying that the rich burgandy color of the second one is awesome!

Beautiful eyes, and my favorite is the LILLIAN'S ALABAMA SUNRISE seedling -- great colors blending to a green throat, and the sculpting (I guess it's called bas relief?) compliments the flower beautifully and really stands out. And great edges too!
