This and your second image is not Olive Bailey Langdon, please see all other images. OBL is a "purple self with yellow green throat" and does not have a large watermark as your images depict.

daylily and I have settled on Spiritual Corridor
My records tell me I bought this DL in a co-op. That must be where the mix up is.
I just have no idea.

You have this photo in the OBL entry which, although lighter than the other images, looks right.

I swear it is the same lily, camera must be off.
I will accept anyones id at this point.

Side by side, the one now in Spiritual Corridor has a distinct wider watermark pattern around the throat, the other one doesn't. Even the bloom shape is different.

Well, that's not OBL, it's the one we moved to Spiritual Corridor.

This is a true depiction of OBL. If your other photo in that entry is never this color (I assumed it was lighter due to a flash used) then that photo is incorrect too. It has a slightly darker band around the throat.


Notice the older style shape of the petals and sepals. It's a 1974 intro.
Spiritual Corridor is a light lavender, is a 1992 intro, and has wider petals and that wider watermark,

Watermark on daylilies: visualize water seeping out from center, drying, and leaving a watermark. It was something first developed by Bill Munson the hybridizer I believe. It became his signature pattern.
