As the weather warms up, got some spiders around....busily foraging scurrying around..

Yikes, those close-ups are a bit unsettling...nicely done. I was bit by some unknown creature (likely a spider) about 5 years ago which affected how I now react to other bites - they first puff up then scab over and hang around for a week or longer. I showed one such bite to my dermotologist, who wisely pronounced that I now have 'Persistent Bug Bite Syndrome' -- what a hoot!
I want to live in a world where the chicken can cross the road without its motives being questioned.

I LOVE those spiders, tarev! Deb, I think I have Persistent Bugs Always Biting Me Syndrome, because they seem especially fond of me!. And I get some extreme reactions to tick bites. We wouldn't have a tick problem if it weren't for the coons and hogs, IMHO.

In my old home country, I never used to be bothered by mosquito bites, but now, whenever I go back for a visit, I get bitten a lot..so ending up with a map of bug bites. Angry Angry

With this spider close-ups, I asked my hubby what are those green things on the head, it does not look like eyes, since the line of eyes area bit behind it..he said the green thingy is what the spider use to bite....so spider fangs? Sorry do not know proper word for it Blinking

Well, maybe the mosquitos prefer tourists. And you've lived here long enough that they now consider you a tourist!

Well, I remember posting on this again, but for some reason, I'm having trouble getting my posts through lately. That sounds like it, Jay! Thanks! I think it's harmless, but at night the lights make such things look scarier than they really are!

I've had this gal hanging around on a zinnia bloom for what seems like weeks now. I've tried to take her photo before but she was oh so camera shy & we played ring around the rosey .... or is it zinnia? Hilarious! --- until I gave up because she was too good for me but every time I walk past with the camera I try. She's had this egg casing now for around a week. I finally got her to hold still for a moment today. Ha! The breeze was blowing so I had to hold the stem of the bloom in order to keep it still. If it isn't 1 thing, it's another! Rolling my eyes.
