I mean there is an entry for String Bean Hoya (Hoya longifolia) which is called Hoya shepherdii too.
I've never heard of shepherdell - could it be a misspelling?

It's apparently a cultivar that was created by crossing Hoya carnosa and Hoya shepherdii.

Yes, Hoya 'Shepherdell' is a cultivar

Hoya shepherdii is a synonym for Wax Plant (Hoya shepherdii)

how interesting! i have a small H. sherpherdii that started to bloom after 1 year. While my H. carnosa took 3 years ...
any idea, if H. sheperdell has a smell similar to H. shepherdii? (which is really nice! i like it much better then H. carnosa smell).
