Sue, did you possibly post your photos to this entry in error? The blooms in your photos don't look like those of 'Collie Mullens', which has semi-double rose pink blooms as shown in the picture below:

Unfortunately it died from last winters weather. However, it is the name that was on the tag when I bought it. I guess that's all I can tell you. It was purchased from a reputable place.

I wouldn't delete them, they can be moved to the general database entry for Roses of Sharon (Hibiscus syriacus)
