Celebrating Gardening: 2015 Garden Ideas: Level 1
In the Midwest, after a mild frost kills delicate annuals and only hardy Creeping Jennys survive, I cut Hydrangeas, Smoke Bush branches and some evergreen branches to fill the stands and make a transitional landscape bouquet. It's the bridging between seasons using the survivors of the garden.
