Laughter is the Best Medicine!
I made a couple of mistakes. I listed the Foliage Mound Height: as 12 inches and listed the Inflorescence Height: as 3.5 inches.
The Foliage Mound Height: should be 3.5 inches and the Inflorescence Height: should be 12 inches instead.
