This is a new orchid I recently got. Unfortunately, I do not know it's name but as you can see it's already having some spots on it's leaves and some yellow leaf. Please help me save this plant and hoping for some blooms.
Thanks in advance

It looks like it could be a Latouria type of Dendrobium. If it is, it may be a watering/light issue. BUT with the orchids being the largest plant group in the world by far, we need more information!
What writing is on the tag?
Where are you growing it?
What is the material that it is planted in?
Give us a picture of the container and media.
What is the light exposure?
How are you watering it?
As a point of encouragement, orchids often lose a few leaves when they change habitat, from grower to you.
IF there is no tag, how do you know it is an orchid??

Those tiny black spots.....are they bits of soil? Or are they hard shell black scale insects?

Hard shell scale is most often brown. Orchids don't grow normally in soil.
But with leaves that have had scale, mites and false spider mites, these insects leave behind puncture wounds. These wounds are often attacked by a fungus or bacteria causing the black spots.

It has no tag to the plant. I recently attended an orchid show even and bought this back with me. Forgot to take the name down, silly me.
It's kept outdoors, morning sun and afternoon shade area as directed. Planted in bark. I try to use rain water for most plants. Roots looked fine when I checked. Gave it some water this morning since it looked dry as you can see in photo.

I think that it is a Dendrobium, and if it is, it is in way too big of a pot!! When you over pot a Dendrobium, you have watering issues. It should be in a pot just large enough to hold the root system, not with oodles of extra room like this plant seems to have. These orchids like to be cramped at the roots. It has media that is too coarse, too large pieces. It should be a finer mix in a pot maybe one sixth that size.
The roots of Dendrobiums a very thin and when you put them in a coarse mix, that mix can't hold the water that the plant needs. It is constantly too dry. The roots go down hill, the plants suffers and dies.
When it really looks like it is in trouble people water it too much trying to help it and by then it is too late!
Get it in a smaller pot with smaller pieces of bark. The bark pieces should be 1/8 to 1/4", not 1/2-3/4"
That I think I see here.
