Hello SergioBarroso, just observe some more that spot you said is a bit soft, it may still try to heal it. Leave it alone for now in the warmest area you have there, At times it will just hold on to that leaf and continue going dormant, since it is now Fall.
Typically I would do a cut to fresh part if there is some softened part, just to try and save the plant from more rotting. I just do not know how much will be left on your plant, it may be too short already with less energy left.
Either you leave it alone in that container or pull it out and just allow it to dry and rest for the rest of the cold season, and wait patiently for its Spring time wake up. I would not water it at all now, it will just accelerate rotting even more.
Good luck, I do hope your cutting survives. If it does not, just take it as a learning curve and do better next time. I find the timing to do rooting better in late Spring than in Fall, since light levels starts to go much shorter towards Fall and temperatures are going crazy as it starts to cool down faster.
