How can I save this orchid? The last two remaining ( youngest) leaves are beginning to yellow.

Thanks for any suggestion that may help.

Personally I don't think it is worth saving.
But, if you really don't want to give up on this, you might take it out of the pot, clean up all dead leaves/growth, being careful not to cut the connection between old and new growth. If you separate the new growth from the old, it will surely not make it. Place this into a much smaller pot into fresh, fairly fine Orchid bark and hope for the best. Be sure to water regularly.

Unfortunately, I don't think it is going to make it either.

Ayanna, was this a gift plant or one you purchased?
I am looking at your photo on my small screen phone ( so forgive me if I'm wrong) it looks like your orchid is planted in a potting mix that you would use for house plants?
If that's the case, I would suggest you give orchids another try! Most of the commonly found or commonly received orchids prefer to be in a quick draining mix like orchid bark mix that's available at Lowe's and HD. If you look at the top of our page you'll find TONS of helpful info for beginners and expert growers alike.

Was a gift but was transplanted into sphagnum peat moss earlier this year. It seemed to have been doing well until recently.

Well then, if you enjoyed the flower..I think you should give it one more try..but do some things differently ,...maybe not transplant it..or less water..or more sun. Or just enjoy the blooms and let the plant go. ( that's what I have to do with Cyclemen...which I LOVE..but can not keep alive!)

In the future repot into a much smaller pot. This is some type of Oncidium and they have very slender roots! They would do very well in a mix of seedling sized bark, charcoal and sponge rock.
From what I can tell, the mix is very dark, problem mushy and holding way too much water drowningvthe roots and killing the plant.
You could spend a very intense 2-6 month period trying to save this orchid only to lose it because I agree, it is too far gone!
