Does anyone have a clue what variety of lavender this is? Looks sturdier than what I've got.

Could this be a blue Salvia instead of Lavender?
For example, this Salvia farinacea Mannequin Blue Mountain has a similar bluish stem, that might be sturdy enough for a bird to land on.
