I have this beautiful orchid and I recently noticed that the leaves are turning black. What should I do?

We need information regarding watering schedule, fertilizer schedule, growing conditions, amount of light, name on a tag, maybe a few more images.

Brown leaf tips can often mean too much fertilizer but without any more detail, I am just guessing.
