I think this plant is Haworthiopsis attenuata, which is way more common than H. fasciata in cultivation. It can be distinguished by the upper surface of the leaves having bumps or ridges on top, and not being smooth like H. fasciata. These plants are frequently confused but attenuata is way more common, and that feature is a sure fire way to tell them apart. I would like to propose moving this image to H. attenuata. I realize the image came from the MCG web site but I believe their ID is wrong. What do you think?
